What we collect, why, and how we protect it.

Information we collect
- What you give us at intake — your name, email, mobile number, what you're interested in, and the authorizations and consents you grant.
- Credit-file information — obtained only with your explicit written authorization, to provide credit-repair services.
- Referral attribution — if you arrived through a partner's link or code, we record which partner referred you so they can follow up on the deal you came in for.
- Technical data — IP address and browser/user-agent (kept with your consent records as proof of consent), and a first-party attribution cookie (see Cookies below).
How we use it
Solely to deliver the services you request, communicate with you about your file, attribute your referral to the right partner, and meet our legal and compliance obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share your information only as needed to run the service, with:
- Your referring partner — if you came through a partner, they can see that they referred you and limited status information (for example, that you're ready to move forward). They do not see your full credit file.
- Service providers (subprocessors) who operate the platform on our behalf: identity & sign-in, secure database hosting, our customer-relationship/communications platform (GoHighLevel), email delivery (Resend), text-message delivery (Twilio), and automated lead-routing. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.
- Authorities / legal — when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Text messages & email
We only text you if you consented to it at intake. You can opt out of texts anytime by replying STOP; once you do, we suppress your number and won't text it again unless you reply START. Message & data rates may apply. You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any such email.
Cookies & tracking
If you arrive through a partner's link, we set a first-party cookie (capova_ref, up to 90 days) so your referral is credited to that partner if you sign up later. It is functional attribution only — we don't use it for third-party advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax, and compliance obligations (consent and authorization records are retained as required for that purpose), then delete or de-identify it.
How we protect it
Access is limited to authorized staff and the subprocessors above, sensitive data is handled over encrypted connections, and consent records are kept as an immutable audit trail.
Your rights & choices
Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, ask for a copy of what we hold, opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we don't sell), and withdraw consent at any time.
